Will my insurance cover the dental fees?

The amount of coverage that you are eligible for will depend on the contract your employer has negotiated with the insurance company. Our office will be happy to pre-determine services to your insurance company.  

There is no direct relationship between our office and your insurance company. The type of plan chosen by you or your employer determines your insurance benefits. As such, we have no say in the selection of your insurance company, no control over the terms of your contract, the methods of reimbursement or the determination of your insurance benefits.

Do you accept assignment (of benefits)?

We do not accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company.  

Do you submit claims electronically?

We will gladly submit your claims electronically to your primary insurance on your behalf providing your insurance company accepts electronic claims. Any reimbursement by your insurance company should be made directly to you according to the terms of your contract with them. Please inform our office of any insurance changes or restrictions you are aware of.
